This will allow PCSX2 to use 4GB of RAM during operation instead of the default 2GB alloted to programs in 64-bit Windows. Put your copy of the files in the "bios" folder in your PCSX2 folder. They are probably zipped up in a file somewhere with a name like "PS2 Bios.zip" or something similar. You are on your own for this step, other than the name of the 3 files you need: To obtain a PS2 BIOS, which is required to run this emulator, one can be "dumped" from your own PS2 ( tutorial video) or the common and technically illegal way would be to use a search engine and download the file from an online resource. It is not legal to download, store or distribute a PS2 BIOS, but you can copy your own.
